ChemGard 2010 is a high gloss, UV curable sealer coating for concrete, VCT, tile, and wood floors. A single component polyurethane, CG 2010 is formulated of 100% solids designed to cure at the speed of light.  It is a self leveling, non yellowing resin with exceptional chemical and abrasion resistance.  Insensitivity to moisture and temperature make CG 2010 can be applied in most temperatures or environments. Rapid cure time makes this coating ideal for time sensitive applications.  Absence of solvents or other harmful substances makes this coating an ideal for environmentally sensitive applications.

ChemGard VR is designed as a thinner for other UVC ChemGard coatings, particularly ChemGard 2010  -  Can be added to 30% without significant degradation of appearance or abrasion and chemical resistance of the CG 2010.  Works well as a thin primer coating for some other coatings.

ChemGard VR+  is low viscosity top coat and or sealer coatings.  Works well as a primer coating especially for porous substrates such as wood or VCT.  Can also be used to thin ChemGard 2010. 

ChemGard 2000 C&C is a hi-viscosity, thixotrophic material designed as a filler for surface defect repair in floors, walls or other areas.  This slightly cloudy jell cures rock hard in seconds with UV light, immediately ready for sanding and finish coating.  Minimal shrinkage makes C&C filled cracks virtually disappear under other coatings. 

UV Cured’s RestoreIt^TM is an aliphatic waterborne urethane copolymer. Because of new polymerization technology, this chemistry yields a product with outstanding dry time, chemical resistance, and scuff and mar resistance.  This unique product applies like traditional metal-linked floor finish but gives you the performance of a urethane and epoxy rolled into one.

Mix one once of Pro-Link^TM cross-linker per ½ gallon of RestoreIt^TM. The Pro-Link^TM allows the coating to achieve maximum performance. Mix in thoroughly and let the mixture set for 5 minutes before using. RestoreIt^TM can be used without the Pro-Link^TM with good results but maximum performance will not be achieved. The Pro-Linked mixture has a pot life of about 8 hours. Pro-Link can be used a second time within 48 hours. After 48 hours, dispose of according to state and local laws.

     After 48 hours, RestoreIt^TM can be polished with a cotton pad on a low speed floor machine or high speed burnisher. RestoreIt^TM can be cleaned daily using an auto-scrubber and white scrubbing pad. Use UV Cured’s HD Citrus Floor Cleaner for daily maintenance and our Blue Cleaner for deep cleaning, stain removal, and before applying additional coats.

HD Cleaner/Prep concentrate is a formulation created to clean and prepare UV coatings for recoat and strip all dirt and film residue from Restorers. It has NO ODOR and is ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY. When used in its concentrated form, HD Cleaner/Prep can be used on UV coatings to prepare the surface for recoating with a UV curable coating or Restorer. Used in its diluted form, HD Cleaner/Prep is an excellent cleaner for UV coatings and Restorers.
