UV Cured carries several lines of coatings and products that compliment our portable UV curing machines. All of the coatings have been chosen for ease of application, performance, and to provide a green alternative to help preserve our environment.

Our portable UV machines feature a selectable cure speed with a range from 1 to 50 ft/min. The machines incorporate the most innovative safety features available. They are built to withstand the abuse of the commercial work environment. We include items like 100 foot power cords and spare lamps because we know what it takes for you to be successful and profitable.

Cure speed is greatly determined by the coating being cured and the thickness. All things being equal, cure speed can be increased by increasing the output and light spectrum of the lamp. We offer machines with output powers ranging from 150 to 320 watts per inch. You have the option to choose the machine that fits your needs.

The Edge, our most versatile piece of equipment, was designed with 400 watts per inch of flood light that can be used for curing water-based and 100% solids coatings both clear and pigmented. The Edge can be used as a stand alone curing unit to cure coatings against walls, around objects, and under obstacles. It can also be used to cure coatings in small kitchens, closets, and rooms that would otherwise be very difficult if not impossible to cure.

All our machines can use a Mercury, Iron and Gallium lamp to meet any of your curing needs.

UV Cured takes safety very seriously. UV light poses inherent risks that can be minimized through proper training and common sense precautions. For a small fee, we offer a one day training class at your facility.
